The hotel was beautifully decorated with accommodating personnel. The property was in an excellent location close enough to the mountains, and other food places. Plus, First Baptist Church was within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, they make plenty of meals.

We enjoyed the queen room with two queen beds, clean and spacious. The breakfast was a highlight. My husband loved the coffee, and i had plenty of tea. The hotel was conveniently located off the freeway, and the indoor pool was a great way to unwind.

A Lovely Stay with Really good Service!
We felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, especially the cheerful Yvonne who checked us in at 2 AM! The King Room was perfectly clean. I appreciated the non-dairy milk option at breakfast, though some fresh vegan choices would improve the buffet.

the staff were exceptionally pleasant. Perfect location in the middle of Jackson. 3. the king room was well maintained and new-fashioned. 4. the breakfast of the hotel restaurant was excellent with nice options.

The place was beautifully designed and nothing was too much trouble. the grounds were kept fairly clean. the breakfast was excellent. I greatly enjoyed the king room. They provided coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge if needed.
